HOW YOU CAN PAY
The billing process will be done by the PAYPAL shopping system, which is linked to each product. You have various ways to pay within this shopping system (e.g. credit cards) and you will be guided automatically throughout the billing process. This option to buy is free, fast and safe for you! For the time being, deliveries are only possible in Germany, France and Great Britain as well as in the U.S.A., Canada and Australia.


TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Additional taxes and custom duties for deliveries to foreign countries may be billed to you. Because every country has its own import regulations, we are generally not able to include those fees. Please check with your local customs department. Furthermor shipments to foreign countries may be opened and inspected.


FRAMES AND PACKAGES
All prints on paper, canvas or transparent foil will be sent in solid shipping tubes. This makes transportion quick and easy and accommodates individual framing specifiacations. On request, we can also prepare canvas prints for frameless mounting on a canvas stretcher. This refers only to those prints and reproductions which are prepared for printing with additional edges (see YOUR CANVAS PRINT page). On request you will be informed about the shipping fees for large and extra-large packaging (see CONTACT page).


DELIVERY TIME
Single orders are normally prepared for delivery within 3 working days. In case of collective orders and special mounting requests,  preparation will be prolonged for an additional 3 to 4 working days. Thus you can expect your orders within 5 to 10 days, depending on the delivery address in domestic or foreign country. In the event of a delay based on a supply shortfall, you will be informed immediately.


TWO-WEEKS-RETURN-GARANTEE
You buy with no risk at MY-COLORS.COM, because we provide a self-informing 2-weeks-return-garantee! This refers to goods and prints which have no defects like scratches, spots and creases. For a return within the allowed time, just send back your order without further information or inform us by e-mail, fax or letter. For a return within Germany, the shipping costs will be payed by MY-COLORS.COM; from foreign countries, you would have to cover the costs.
